Appointments
How do I book an appointment?
Through the request form on this website, by phone, or by WhatsApp on +91 98184 45566. You will receive a confirmation with a date and time before the visit is scheduled.
Can I walk in?
No. There is no walk-in facility and no waiting room. Both clinic-room consultations and home visits are strictly by appointment.
How quickly will I get a reply on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is used for appointment requests and follow-up messages, and is not monitored continuously. Replies are usually sent within the same day, but may take longer. It should never be relied upon for anything urgent.
What are the usual visiting hours?
- Telemedicine — by appointment
- Evening home visits — after 9:00 PM, by appointment
- Sunday home visits — by appointment
- Vaccination and wound care at the Anupam Garden clinical room — Sundays, or as arranged
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please inform the practice at least 24 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Home visits
What happens during a home visit?
A full unhurried consultation: history, examination, review of current medications and recent reports, and a clear plan in writing. Where relevant, the family is briefed directly — including family members overseas.
What should we keep ready before the visit?
- Current medicines, including anything bought over the counter
- Recent test reports, discharge summaries and prescriptions
- A list of the specific concerns you want addressed
- The name and number of any specialist already involved
Do you carry medicines with you?
A limited set of essential medications and clinical supplies is carried for immediate administration if clinically indicated during a consultation. Ongoing medication is prescribed for you to obtain from a local pharmacy.
Can you arrange tests, or a hospital admission if needed?
Yes — sample collection, imaging, specialist referral, and coordination of hospital transfer where required. The role here is to guide the case and stay involved, not simply to hand it over.
Do you provide nursing, attendant or physiotherapy services at home?
These are not provided directly, but the practice can point you towards appropriate third-party providers and continue to oversee the medical care.
Telemedicine
Who is telemedicine suitable for?
Follow-ups, review of reports, medication questions, second opinions, and family members abroad coordinating care for a parent in Delhi. It is not suitable for a first assessment of a new or acute problem, which requires an in-person physical examination.
How is it conducted?
By video or phone, at a scheduled time, in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. A written prescription or advice note is shared afterwards.
Can family abroad join the consultation?
Yes. Appointment times can be arranged to suit UK, European, US or Gulf time zones, and updates can be shared directly with family after a home visit.
Vaccination and clinic-room services
What is done at the clinical room?
Adult vaccination, wound care and dressing changes, clinical examinations, and minor procedures that require a proper clinical setting rather than a bedside or a kitchen table. Address: MS-6, 149 A, Manekshaw Road, Anupam Garden, Sainik Farms, New Delhi 110068.
Which adult vaccines are available?
Influenza (flu), Pneumococcal (pneumonia), Shingles (herpes zoster), Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap), Typhoid, and Hepatitis B vaccines are available. All vaccines are maintained under strict cold-chain guidelines and administered on an age-appropriate schedule.
